Return Policy

We accept returns and provide store credit, which is valid for 12 months.

Return Conditions:


- All returns must receive prior approval from the Company.
- Returns are accepted only for products in their original packaging, with the invoice and tags attached.
- The return window is 14 days from the date of delivery.
- If the product is damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement instead of store credit.
- All our products are made with a tolerance of (+/- 10mm) in dimension and size.

Return & Pickup Process:


- The item will be picked up from your doorstep after the return request is approved.
- If eligible for return, please ensure the product is packed securely in its original condition or in transport-worthy packaging.

Cancellations & Damage Complaints:


- Available only until the product is shipped for certain products.
- Damage/Defect Complaints: Must be raised within 7 days of delivery for eligibility for repair or replacement.
- Made-to-Order (MTO) Products: As these are customized, cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed.
Important:

- The return/exchange period starts from the date of delivery, as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partner.
- To process damage/defect complaints, please send us 2 images of the affected product.
