As with all solid wood products, natural variations in color, grain, and texture are to be expected. These unique characteristics are part of the wood’s natural charm and do not affect the integrity or safety of the chair.

Our furniture is made to order, and slight variations may occur. Additionally, product colours may appear slightly different due to professional photography under controlled lighting. Factors such as shot angles, lighting conditions, background tones, and screen displays can affect colour perception.

Care Instructions

Our furniture features a water-resistant top coat; however, prolonged exposure to water may still lead to absorption. If the chair becomes wet, please wipe it dry promptly.

To maintain the wood’s appearance and longevity, avoid extended exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause fading or damage.

Do not soak the furniture. For cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth or paper towel.

Shipping

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India.- Prepaid shipping is free for all domestic orders.- Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product size, volume, packaging, and shipping destination.

The final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.Order Processing & Delivery- All orders are processed from our warehouse.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

We ship within 7 days of order placement.

For shipping within India, we accept:

Return Policy

We accept returns and provide store credit, which is valid for 12 months.

Return Conditions:

- All returns must receive prior approval from the Company.

- Returns are accepted only for products in their original packaging, with the invoice and tags attached.

- The return window is 15 days from the date of delivery.

- If the product is damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement instead of store credit.

- All our products are made with a tolerance of (+/- 10mm) in dimension and size.

Return & Pickup Process:

- The item will be picked up from your doorstep after the return request is approved.

- If eligible for return, please ensure the product is packed securely in its original condition or in transport-worthy packaging.

Cancellations & Damage Complaints:- Available only until the product is shipped for certain products.

- Damage/Defect Complaints: Must be raised within 7 days of delivery for eligibility for repair or replacement.

- Made-to-Order (MTO) Products: As these are customized, cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed.

Important:

- The return/exchange period starts from the date of delivery, as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partner.

- To process damage/defect complaints, please send us 2 images of the affected product.
